Elite Youth Player Support Programme

The Estonian Football Association offers three-year scholarships to promising young players aged 18-20, nominated by their clubs, to prevent drop-out and support their development towards a professional career. The program provides financial and developmental support both on and off the pitch. Since 2023, it has supported 399 players, with 67 representing national teams.

Players must be aged 18-20 and nominated by their clubs. They must be approved by the EFA.
